I’m not sure if I’m fit enough yet is this for beginners?

If you can currently run 5K (at any pace), you’re ready to join. From there, we’ll help you build speed, endurance, and resilience using science-based training, accountability, and feedback. All at a pace that works for you.

I’m busy, what if I can’t follow a strict schedule?

No problem. The training plans are flexible and can be adjusted to your availability. Plus, the feedback helps you make smart changes on the go so you keep improving without burning out.

How long will it take to see results?

While there is no guarantee most runners notice improvements in form, energy levels, and pace within 3–4 weeks. Big breakthroughs tend to happen between weeks 8–10 as the training adapts to your progress and goals.

I’ve been injured before. Will this work for me?

Every plan is built to improve performance and reduce injury risk, using proven principles from sports science and physiotherapy. You’ll also get guidance on form, recovery, and load management.

Why not just use a free plan online?

Free plans can work but they don’t give you feedback, accountability, or a community to keep you on track. Here, you’ll know exactly when to push, when to rest, and how to adjust saving months or even years of trial and error.

Do you have a refund policy?

We offer a one-time full refund within the first 30 days of your initial membership if you decide it’s not right for you. Please note that refunds are only available once per customer. Rejoining at a later time does not make you eligible for another refund. It’s your responsibility to make use of your membership; extensions to the refund period will not be granted.

What if I don’t see results?

Everyone progresses at a different pace. The community is here to help you train more effectively, avoid common mistakes, and stay consistent which greatly increases your chances of improving over time.
